When you have selected your purchase(s), first proceed to “Checkout” and then click on the yellow "International Checkout" button at the top right, below the "My Basket" and "Checkout" buttons.

From the International Checkout page, you will be prompted through the remainder of your purchase.

Clicking the 'International Checkout' button will transfer you to the International Checkout site along with the information in your shopping cart.
You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. International Checkout will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

We want you to enjoy your Dr. Martens products as soon as possible. Therefore, once you click 'Confirm Order', your order information is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. This means that we will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has been confirmed. Should you choose to return your Dr. Martens item(s) for any reason, please consult our Returns Policy.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges of product at this time. If you purchased your Dr. Martens product on www.dmusastore.com and would like to exchange them for a different size or style, you will need to return them for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement pair. Please request a Return Authorization, and return the unworn shoes for a full refund. Then, at any time, place a new order for the correct new size or style. Please consult our Returns Policy for guidelines and procedures.
