We do not offer exchanges of product at this time. If you purchased your Dr. Martens product on www.dmusastore.com and would like to exchange them for a different size or style, you will need to return them for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement pair. Please request a Return Authorization, and return the unworn shoes for a full refund. Then, at any time, place a new order for the correct new size or style.
